Adrakh Nibu are small pieces of ginger and lemon which are chewed before swallowing. 

Antioxidant, this product prevents and alleviates sore throats and colds.  

Adrakh Nibu also aids digestion.

Chew 1 piece for 2 to 5 minutes before swallowing. Then drink water.

It can also be taken mixed with warm water.
