WHAT IS SELF-HEALING?

Self-healing is achieved through oneself. The body has it’s own healing system but only uses it when it is relaxed and at peace. A good example is that of animals, they know how to heal themselves, what to eat and when not to eat, while human beings pay little or no attention to the wisdom of their own body.

Inner peace prevents illness, but in modern society there is no peace either within the family or even at an individual level. Following the steps that Yoga teaches us, we can be sure that when the mind is calm, inner peace will come. Achieving inner peace allows us to heal ourselves.

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM MY TEACHINGS? 

Those who wish to know themselves, not me, will benefit, as will those who are searching for inner peace and physical and mental health.

Those without inner peace cannot enjoy life. Tension, anxiety and fear can all cause the body to become ill. Ignorance about oneself is the true cause of unhappiness in human beings.

I came to the West in order to share my internal vision of how to live in freedom and creativity. Today we tend to live an unbalanced life, full of conflict and personal unhappiness. I can teach you how to unlock your whole human potential so that you can live your life to the full. A harmonious development of the heart and the mind is essential for a fulfilling life.

I can teach you how to live self-sufficiently. How to live with dignity and power, now and always, helping each individual to discover their essential self and develop this, accepting themselves as they are.

WHAT RESULTS CAN BE ACHIEVED FROM FOLLOWING THIS PROGRAM?

Perseverance is necessary in order to achieve success in life.

If you carry out these practices on a regular basis for three years, using your heart, mind and soul, under my guidance you will learn to understand your own mind and the minds of others and both your life and your Self will flourish.

In other words, you will live a stable, balanced life. Your mind will always be under control. You will be self confident and develop confidence in life and in others. You will be sincere in all your undertakings, acting always from the heart and from your intuition; that is, from the Truth.

IS SPIRITUAL PRACTICE COMPATIBLE WITH A BUSY DAILY LIFE?

I am a coach. I teach how to introduce these practices and techniques, offering peace and happiness, into the context of modern life. I adjust the practices according to each individual to create permanent happiness.

HOW CAN I ACHIEVE MENTAL PEACE AND BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT?

Most problems start when the mind does not know what to do. People feel unhappy themselves and make others unhappy too. The aim of this program is to purify the mind and body and free them of negative thoughts and emotions, wipe away past traumas, unblock the energy centres and learn to generate and store vital energy in order to achieve better quality of life, complete health, inner peace and wellbeing.

The body has become dependant on the mind. We have given our minds so much power and strength that they exercise complete control over us.

Not only do we ignore the physical requirements of our bodies, but we also ignore our Self and this imbalance is what creates the inner conflicts that we are often unable to explain or resolve.

WHY ARE MENTAL AND INNER PEACE SO IMPORTANT?

Most people are afraid to deal with their own emotions. Anger, fear and other negative energies and thoughts cause the connections between our neurons to break down. Inner peace prevents the mind from deteriorating.

We clean our cars, our houses, but we do not clean our minds. An impure mind is dangerous as we cannot love ourselves or others if our mind is turbid.

CAN ONE ACHIEVE SELF-REALIZATION WITHOUT A MASTER?

Without a master realization is impossible. There will be moments along the path in which one needs a guide, someone who has already walked that path and knows every step that must be taken. If you are trying to achieve self-realization without the guidance of a master you may well be wasting your time.
